Join us for the Island Ford Score-O! on Sunday, March 26th, 2017. There will be White, Yellow and Score-O courses available. The start will be at the large grassy field below the park headquarters.
The Score-O will have a 60 minute time limit. All controls are worth 10 points. There is a 5 point per minute overtime penalty.
Island Ford is a small park with a good network of trails; don’t expect a lot of navigation challenges. So, if you are fit and fast, but your navigation is a little shaky, this might be your time to shine.
To make sure we have enough maps and save time on the day, please pre-register. Score-O, White, and Yellow fees are $7 for members, $10 for non-members. E-punch rental is $3 for the day.
The CRNRA requests no parking on the road please. Buses please park in the first parking lot after you enter the park from Roberts Drive. Buses can drop off students at the turnaround circle near the start, below the park office.
Starts are from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Beginner instruction at 10:30 am. All runners must be off the courses by 3:00 pm.

From I-285 in Atlanta, take GA-400 North. Take exit #6 and go West on Northridge Road, cross GA-400 and take an immediate right. Go approx. 4⁄10 mile and turn right on Roberts Drive. Island Ford is ½ mile on the right.
Typical fees are shown below. Participants may go out on the course as individuals or with a group. E-chip rental is required if you do not have your own stick.
