Join us at Tugaloo State Park, on Lake Hartwell, Georgia, on Sunday, May 7, for a day of "classic" orienteering courses in a very open forest. We'll be meeting at shelter #7, near the open beach with plenty of parking. Map scale is 1:7500, to let you read the detail on the run.
The GAOC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in conjunction with the meet. AGM starts at 2 pm and should be done in an hour. Bring lunch!
You may download and print control descriptions for all courses. All maps will still have descriptions as usual.

GAOC offers beginner instruction at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11:00am and 1:00pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3:00pm.
I-85 to Lavonia Exit #173. Turn north over the interstate. After 1/4 mile turn right (across from the Pizza Hut) and follow park signs 7 miles to the park.
Typical fees are shown below. Participants may go out on the course as individuals or with a group. E-chip rental is required if you do not have your own stick.
