Join us at FDR State Park Sunday Nov 18 for orienteering fun. We will meet at the stone picnic shelter at Liberty Bell Pool parking lot. Regular courses and also a Memory-O exercise. For the Memory-O, you look at a map and memorize what you need to get to the next control, and then orienteer without a map. There will be a shorter/easier loop, with more controls that can be added for a longer/harder loop. You can do another course as well as the Memory-O if you have time.

GAOC offers beginner instruction at 10am at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11am and 1pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3pm.
I-85 South to exit 21. South on I-185 to exit 42. Left on US 27 to Pine Mt., then left on GA 354 to the park.
