Join GAOC on Sunday, October 6th, at Hard Labor Creek State Park for regular courses (White, Yellow, Orange, Silver, Brown, Green and Red) and Bike-O (Short, Medium, and Long) courses.
All courses will be on a new map of the Pflueger mountain bike trails; start and finish will be at the mountain bike trailhead off of Knox Chapel Road, about 1.2 miles west of the park office.

GAOC offers beginner instruction at 10am at all local meets. Runners may start their course any time between 11am and 1pm with a 3-hour time limit for all courses. All runners must be off the courses by 3pm.
Directions from Atlanta: I-20 East to exit 105 and go North into Rutledge and proceed on Fairplay Road. Turn left onto Knox Chapel Road and drive 1.6 miles to the bike trail head on the left.

Typical fees for each day are shown below. Participants may go out on the course as individuals or with a group. E-chip rental is required if you do not have your own stick.
